The prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory approved the 30-year-old resident of Achinsk an accusation of hooligan actions with the use of violence against a young man.
The crime was committed on May 24, 2025. In the afternoon, two 12-year-old boys entered the “fruit-vegetable fruit” in the station area, but the seller asked them to leave the premises. At the exit, one of the boys grabbed a handful of seeds and settled down.
“The seller, moving, as he will later establish the investigation,“ obvious disrespect for society, ”rushed in pursuit of the escaped boy. And while he was hiding, his friend, trying to avoid conflict, showed ingenuity and hid under the body of a car parked nearby. Unable to catch up with the “instigator”, the man returned to the car. In front of passers-by, including other children, he grabbed a hiding child by the legs and pulled him out from under the car. Despite the fact that the boy did not show any resistance, the man, standing, hit him 7 times with his fist on the head, ”the prosecutor’s office said.

As a result, the child caused bodily harm – bruises of the soft tissues of the temporal region.
Now under Part 1 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation can punish a man a fine of up to 500 thousand rubles; or obligatory forced or correctional work; or deprivation of liberty for up to 5 years. The criminal case was sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
