Products
- 500 g cottage cheese;
- 5 eggs;
- 100 g sugar;
- 5 tbsp. l. semolina;
- a pinch of salt;
- vanilla to taste.
Preparation
- Beat the cheese, yolks, sugar, salt, semolina and vanilla in a blender until creamy.
- In a separate dry container, beat the whites until fluffy. Combine with cottage cheese.
- Grease the mold with oil and sprinkle with semolina. Transfer the dough into the mold.
- Bake for 50 minutes at 175°C.
- Pour condensed milk over the finished casserole.
