Products

  • 500 g cottage cheese;
  • 5 eggs;
  • 100 g sugar;
  • 5 tbsp. l. semolina;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • vanilla to taste.

Preparation

  1. Beat the cheese, yolks, sugar, salt, semolina and vanilla in a blender until creamy.
  2. In a separate dry container, beat the whites until fluffy. Combine with cottage cheese.
  3. Grease the mold with oil and sprinkle with semolina. Transfer the dough into the mold.
  4. Bake for 50 minutes at 175°C.
  5. Pour condensed milk over the finished casserole.
