Khostikoev noted that from work in Russian projects he was discouraged by his mother, Ukrainian actress Natalya Sumskaya.
“Mom seemed to feel. This is such a maternal magic, experience. She knew that she always fenced off me from something. She always said:“ Son, talk in Ukrainian, wherever you are, whatever interview you give, speak exclusively in Ukrainian, ”the actor shared.
Khostikoev noted that he was never in Russia.
