In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, at the request of the prosecutor, the court returned the caretaker to Shushensky College after illegal dismissal, the press service of the regional prosecutor's office reported.

In the summer of 2025, the former caretaker of the Shushensky Agricultural College and complained of illegal dismissal. Woman said that argued with management because of subordinates, and then wrote a statement for dismissal at your own request. However, I changed my mind the next day officially withdrew the application. By law, she had the right to do this.

“But the college administration decided otherwise and ignored the review, firing the woman. The prosecutor’s office conducted an investigation and filed a lawsuit to reinstate the former college employee at work, to recover payment for the period of forced absence and compensation for moral damage,” noted in the regional prosecutor's office.

As a result, the court satisfied the claim and restored woman in office, collected in her favor with educational institutions more than 70 thousand rubleslei compensation for moral damage and average earnings for the period of forced absence.
