Governor Mikhail Kotyukov met with the national team of the Krasnoyarsk Territory before the finals of the V International Financial Security Olympiad, which will be held for the first time in Krasnoyarsk. This was reported by the press service of the regional government.
This year, the regional team is represented by 29 finalists-23 students of the Siberian Federal University, 5 students of the Physics and Mathematics School of the Siberian Railway and one pupil of the Zheleznogorsk School of Cosmonautics. By the number of participants in the final, the Krasnoyarsk Territory leads in the Siberian Federal District.
“One of the key goals of the Olympiad is to involve youth in solving the problems of ensuring financial security and forming an appropriate culture in society. It is important to make these principles with life values and attitudes for every citizen of the country. That is why you can and should become a kind of ambassadors – share knowledge with peers, friends, and act for a wide range of people“, – turned to the participants Mikhail Kotyukov.
Recall that the final of the Olympics in Krasnoyarsk became possible thanks to the initiative of the governor and the head of Rosfinmonitoring, which was supported by President Vladimir Putin. The event will be held as part of the national project “Youth and Children”.
The Olympiad includes not only theoretical tasks, but also practical cases to identify schemes of economic crimes.
