Make this simple beetroot spread. It will turn out so delicious that you won’t be able to stop eating it.

Ukrainian culinary blogger Anna Lyashuk Royko shared a recipe for beetroot spread on Facebook.

“As always, the ingredients are simple, but it’s so delicious that you can’t stop eating,” the blogger noted.

Ingredients:

  • two boiled beets;
  • 2 tbsp. l. cream cheese;
  • 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice;
  • one clove of garlic;
  • 100 g capelin caviar;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation

  1. Grate the beets and garlic on a medium grater.
  2. Add lemon juice to the mixture, add cream cheese and caviar.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
