
Ukrainian culinary blogger Anna Lyashuk Royko shared a recipe for beetroot spread on Facebook.
“As always, the ingredients are simple, but it’s so delicious that you can’t stop eating,” the blogger noted.
Ingredients:
- two boiled beets;
- 2 tbsp. l. cream cheese;
- 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice;
- one clove of garlic;
- 100 g capelin caviar;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
- Grate the beets and garlic on a medium grater.
- Add lemon juice to the mixture, add cream cheese and caviar.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
