In Krasnoyarsk, a man, walking with his dog, stepped onto thin ice in the area of Dubrovinsky Street and drowned.
The accident occurred on December 28 in the evening. Eyewitnesses saw that the dog was whining, running and barking near the hole and called 112.
Rescuers arrived at the scene.
“Since the ice in this place on the Yenisei is very thin, the rescuer put on a wetsuit, crawled to the ice hole and pulled out the body of the drowned man, after which he was handed over to the police,” said the KSKU “Rescuer”.
