In Krasnoyarsk, the improvement of the first squares is completed as part of the implementation of initiative projects. Today, August 20, the leaders of two districts – Kirovsky and Sverdlovskiy – checked the work performed.
In the Sverdlovsk district, as part of initiative projects, the Silver Courtyard was improved. Territory near house number 131 on the street. Aleshi Timoshenkov in the Vodniki microdistrict is located on the border of the district, there is not a single public space. In the wasteland behind the house stood ownerless, well -equipped cars, spontaneous parking was carried out. Residents of nearby houses decided to equip at this place a square divided into two zones: a quiet and outdoor rest.
“The territory was cluttered, the tenants were constantly indicated to me as the chairman. Therefore, I decided to contact the administration with this problem. There they told me that we can take part in the competition of initiative projects and engage in improvement. I caught fire with this idea and began to collect documents. We held the district meeting, everyone voted. We decided that we would make a square. It turned out, as for me, great. Adults are satisfied, and children have where to play, ”said Victoria Baranova, chairman of the house No. 131 on Alyosha Timoshenkova Street.
The work was done large. The contractor dismantled concrete structures that interfered with the implementation of the project, and also provided neat slopes along the new children's game zone. The workers laid a traumatic security coating, installed a football gate, basketball rings and shields. Street furniture was placed: benches and urns, conducted lighting. It took more than 8.5 million rubles to implement the project.
“Initially, the territory looked extremely deplorable. Here, we can say, there was a landfill of abandoned cars. We took out all the ownerless cars and other garbage, after which we proceeded to the implementation of the Silver Courtyard project. But we will not stop there. This year we managed to save about 1 million rubles. We decided to do a parking lot here and have already entered the auction. We also have the plans of this year to make additional landings with our residents, ”said Liliya Nazmutdinova, head of the administration of the Sverdlovsk district.
In the Kirovsky district, Ecodvor was improved. The work was carried out in space near the apartment building No. 66 on Akademika Pavlov Street. This territory did not belong to Prodomova. There was nothing on it but asphalt. Residents of the house jointly developed a project that won the competition. This year, the space was landscaped at the expense of budget funds. More than 8 million rubles were allocated for the implementation of the project.
“Initiative projects” allow us to improve those territories that adjust to apartment buildings. And I want to thank the inhabitants of the house on Academician Pavlov Street for making the initiative and put the yard in order. Everyone took an active part in the development of the project, no one remained aside. Together we achieved a great result, ”said Yevgeny Burmistrov, head of the administration of the Kirov district.
Thanks to the program, the courtyard on Academician Pavlov Street has changed beyond recognition. Contractors laid a traumatic safety coating, installed sports simulators for workout, as well as a swing and a gaming complex for children. Placed street furniture: benches and urns. In addition, a bicycle parking for 6 seats appeared here.
“Before the improvement, our yard looked very sad, it was a shame to call it and the court. They walked here mainly only with dogs, there was nothing to do on the street for children. There were large old trees around, the branches of which often broke from the wind. Now everything is different here, in the evenings in our Ecodvor there’s nowhere to fall even an apple. The kids run back and forth, and sometimes almost barefoot, play, someone even sunbathes. Grandmothers on benches are laughing, some stories tell each other. Fun in general, ”said Natalya Borzykina, chairman of the house of 66 on Academician Pavlova Street.
Recall that the contest of initiative projects is organized for caring citizens who would like to improve this or that section of the territories. The project for the arrangement of the municipal territory inside residential areas or the so -called unlimited lands can be proposed by a group of Krasnoyarsk residents, as well as legal entities or entrepreneurs. If he is supported, he will be realized at the expense of the city budget.
