In Yeniseisk, after the intervention of the prosecutor's office, an apartment building that was in disrepair was repaired. The reason was a complaint from a resident on DOS Street, which he voiced at a personal meeting with the prosecutor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The audit showed that the management company “Udacha Yeniseisk” had not worked on the house for years. The interpanel seams in the building were destroyed, the steps of the porch became dangerous for residents, the plaster in the entrances was crumbling, and the roof was leaking.
The prosecutor's office submitted a proposal to the director of the Criminal Code demanding that the violations be immediately eliminated. In addition, the head of the company was brought to administrative responsibility for systemic violation of licensing requirements and fined 50 thousand rubles.
After this, the management company carried out cosmetic repairs to the house. Residents received neat entrances and a renovated entrance porch.
