In Krasnoyarsk, older people again began to complain to Rospotrebnadzor about sellers of expensive outerwear. Messages are sent to the department's hotline.
Representatives of Rospotrebnadzor reminded that pleasant-looking young people approach older people on the street and ask for help in choosing a fur coat or sheepskin coat for their relative. In the store, sellers and young people begin to tell the “victim” that the item is ideal for her and convince her to buy it.
“People of the older generation, who due to their age are overly responsive and gullible, continue to fall for the tricks of unscrupulous sellers,” noted Rospotrebnadzor.
At home, the deceived people understand what happened and try to return the item. They accept a return application, but by the appointed date it turns out that the store is closed. In this case, the problem can only be resolved through the courts.
Representatives of Rospotrebnadzor ask residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory to be vigilant and warn their elderly relatives about such a scheme to deceive them.
