In Kansk, bailiffs recovered half a million rubles in compensation for moral damages in favor of a woman whose 12-year-old son was injured in an accident.
The GUFSSP of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory said that the accident occurred in the fall of 2023. The bus driver lost control on a slippery road and hit a child at a pedestrian crossing. The boy suffered severe head injuries and is still undergoing treatment.
The court ordered the individual entrepreneur providing passenger transportation to pay compensation to the victim.
The writ of execution was received by the bailiff service in November 2025. After the initiation of enforcement proceedings, the bailiff notified the debtor of the need to repay the debt and warned about the possible seizure of vehicles, as well as the accrual of an enforcement fee – 7% of the debt amount – in case of evasion of execution of the court decision.
The entrepreneur decided not to take any drastic measures and paid the entire amount voluntarily. The money was transferred to the victim's family.
