Since the beginning of 2026, the Krasnoyarsk urban planning department has purchased 60 apartments for orphans.

According to the telegram channel of the city hall “GradVestnik”, a total of 68 contracts for the purchase of finished housing have been concluded, 60 of which have registered ownership. Housing is also purchased through participation in shared construction in new buildings on the street. Norilsk.

“In total, 253 apartments are planned to be purchased in 2026. For these purposes, 1.4 billion rubles have been allocated from higher budgets. The queue for receiving apartments is formed by the Ministry of Education of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The Department of Urban Development acts as a municipal customer and enters into contracts for the purchase of residential premises in the manner prescribed by current legislation. An agreement has been concluded with the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Krasnoyarsk Territory on this matter,” the mayor’s office said.

According to the conditions, apartments purchased on the finished housing market must be located in houses built no later than 2007 and have no debt on utility bills. Apartments on the housing market under construction are purchased in buildings that were commissioned in the year the premises were purchased.

Let us add that in 2025, 305 apartments were purchased for orphans in Krasnoyarsk instead of the planned 280. In total, over the past 5 years, the city has acquired 1,798 apartments.
