Żabka Enters Gaming Market with New Mobile Controller

In recent years, Żabka has launched many unconventional initiatives, including a hot dog-selling robot and shoe repair services. Now, the retail network is stepping into the gaming industry.
The company announced the launch of its new gadget, a mobile gaming controller called Triki, which resembles a bottle cap.
Combining Shopping with the Digital World
According to the company, the controller is equipped with advanced sensors, including a gyroscope, accelerometer, and motion detectors, which allow it to recognize its position and respond to hand movements. Triki enables users to play games available on the Żappka app.
The company states that it aims to tap into the trend of merging shopping experiences with the digital world.
The Triki device is available in all Żabka stores, which exceed 12,500 locations, priced at approximately 70 PLN. However, discounts allow customers to purchase the controller for around 40 PLN, 10 PLN, or even 1 PLN, depending on the offer.
Currently, the Żappka app boasts over 10 million users.
Previously, the chain has introduced various surprising solutions, such as shoe cleaning services.
