Heat, stormy winds and even hail. Ukrainians warned about weather changes

On June 12, the weather in Ukraine will be changed by an atmospheric front. Forecaster Natalya Didenko warned about this on Telegram.

According to her, on Friday it will be possible to observe a “luxurious” range of meteorological phenomena. Didenko predicts thunderstorms, gusty winds, and occasional heavy downpours and hail. At the same time, in some regions there will be heat up to +30 °C, and in others – cooling down to +12 °C.

The atmospheric front will come from the west, so on June 12 in the western regions it will get colder to +11…+15 °C.

Showers will be everywhere as it progresses.

Sometimes they can turn into heavy rain, the forecaster warned.

She also pointed to the high likelihood of thunderstorms.

The temperature contrast can be significant: from +11…+15 °C in the west to +27…+30 °C in the east.

In general, in most regions of Ukraine during the day it is +24…+28 °C.

In Kyiv on June 12 – rain, thunderstorm and possibly hail.

The air temperature will become a little more moderate as the cold front approaches, during the day in the capital it will be approximately +24 °C.

“And later, on Saturday and Sunday, the air will become cooler – in most regions of Ukraine – by a few more degrees. So for now we don’t count on extreme heat,” Didenko added.
