VTB Education and RusHydro signed a cooperation agreement within the framework of SPIEF-2026.

The partners plan to join forces on projects for social and economic development of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. In the future, joint programs may be expanded to other regions of the country.

The agreement covers key areas: development of the regions where companies operate through expertise, education and improving the financial literacy of the population. It is planned to involve leading Russian educational institutions in the initiatives, including the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University and the Siberian Federal University.

“VTB in the Krasnoyarsk Territory has been engaged in educational and outreach projects for several years: participation in the forum Territory of Initiative Youth “Biryusa”, launch of a master’s program “Professional Finance”, the “Leaders of Healthcare of the Krasnoyarsk Territory” program together with VTB Medicine, the program “The Chinese move: from cultural codes to business strategies”. Together with RusHydro and with academic partners – GSOM St. Petersburg State University and Siberian Federal University – we will significantly expand the scale of our initiatives,” commented Olga Dergunova, senior vice president of VTB, head of VTB Education, director of GSOM St. Petersburg State University.
