Ingredients for 4 servings:
Fresh white cabbage – 500 g
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Hard cheese – 100 g
Onion – 1 pc.
Carrots – 1 pc.
Sour cream or natural yogurt – 3 tbsp. spoons
Salt, black pepper, pinch of nutmeg – to taste
Vegetable oil – for frying and greasing the pan
How to cook:
- Chop the cabbage into thin strips.
- Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Fry the vegetables in a frying pan for 5-7 minutes until soft.
- Beat eggs in a bowl, add sour cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Mix the cabbage, roasted vegetables and half the grated cheese with the egg mixture.
- Grease a baking dish with oil, lay out the mixture, and level it out.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Roast in the oven at 190°C for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden and the cabbage is soft but not watery.
- Serve hot.
