In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a 13-year-old motorcyclist hit a girl

In the Motyginsky district, a 13-year-old teenager on a motorcycle hit a 14-year-old girl. This was reported to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The accident occurred during the day in the village of Rybnoye. According to preliminary data, a teenager in a motorcycle helmet was driving along Sovetskaya Street from Partizanskaya Street towards Pervomaiskaya. At that moment, a 14-year-old girl was walking along the right edge of the roadway. The young driver hit a pedestrian.
As a result of the accident, both teenagers were injured. They were taken to the hospital. Traffic inspectors found out that the motorcycle belongs to the mother of the 13-year-old driver. According to police, the teenager took the vehicle with her permission.
An administrative document was drawn up against the woman for transferring the vehicle to a person who does not have the right to drive. The police also prepared a report on improper performance of duties related to the upbringing and maintenance of the child.
The State Traffic Inspectorate reminded parents that children should not drive a vehicle without a license and driving skills. Adults are asked to supervise minors' access to motorcycles and other vehicles.
