In the Ilan district, a former employee of an employment center was convicted of accepting a bribe when processing payments to the unemployed. The prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk region reported this.

According to the court, in 2023, the head of the employment department of the Ilan Employment Center accepted documents from two unemployed residents of the area. They allegedly planned to open their own business and receive government support. Each applicant was entitled to one-time financial assistance of almost 200 thousand rubles.

However, the commission, which was supposed to consider the business plans of future entrepreneurs, did not actually meet. There was no competitive selection. The employment center employee prepared the minutes of the meetings and documents on the consideration of applications independently.

Based on these documents, the unemployed received budget money, although they initially did not intend to engage in business. For help in processing payments, the woman received 70 thousand rubles in cash and a hairdressing cart worth more than 6 thousand rubles. She chose the desired model herself and sent a link to the marketplace via messenger.

The court found the former employee of the employment center guilty of accepting a bribe. Based on the totality of crimes, she was fined 2.3 million rubles. The woman was also banned for 3 years from engaging in organizational and administrative activities in the field of promoting employment.
