Poultry exporters can breathe a sigh of relief. Poland and China have signed an important document


Minister of Agriculture Stefan Krajewski and Ambassador of the People's Republic of China Lu Shan signed a protocol on inspection and quarantine requirements for Polish poultry meat and processed poultry products intended for the Chinese market – informs the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. As the ministry notes, the signing of the document was preceded by intensive joint activities of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Chief Veterinary Inspectorate and the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Beijing.

There is a chance to export poultry to China

The parties reached the final agreement on the content of the protocol on June 1, 2026, during an online meeting. “We are now starting preparations for the implementation of the provisions of the protocol signed today,” says Minister Krajewski, quoted in the release.
