In Krasnoyarsk, obstetric hospitals will be closed on schedule for routine repairs and disinfection. This was reported by the Ministry of Health of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Planned work is carried out annually in accordance with sanitary rules. Chief doctors have been instructed to prepare institutions for repairs, organize sanitary treatment and disinfection of premises in a timely manner. In 2026, events began in mid-May. Krasnoyarsk Interdistrict Children's Clinical Hospital No. 1 was closed for treatment from May 18 to May 31.
Krasnoyarsk Interdistrict Maternity Hospital No. 2 will be closed from July 1 to July 14. Maternity hospital No. 4 will undergo scheduled treatment from July 20 to August 2.
Maternity hospital No. 1 will be closed from August 3 to 17, maternity hospital No. 5 from August 17 to 31. Krasnoyarsk Interdistrict Clinical Hospital No. 20 named after I. S. Berzon will be closed from September 1 to 15.
During the planned closure, patients will be referred to other medical facilities. The Ministry of Health reminded that it is important to follow the recommendations of the antenatal clinic doctor. He will issue a referral to the maternity hospital, taking into account the specialization of the institution or the place of residence of the expectant mother.
If the pregnancy proceeds without complications, the woman can also exercise the right to choose a maternity hospital.
