All you need to do is report it to a neighbor or even a stranger, and the relevant services may become interested in the matter. By law, you can pay a fine – and even go to court – for disorderly conduct on your property.
The property owner is obliged to keep everything tidy – otherwise he may face serious consequences. To be clear: there is no obligation to clean the garden or constantly tidy up the yard. The problem is construction waste, cut branches, old furniture, used household appliances or tires that have been lying around for a long time.

Responsibilities also include maintaining buildings in good technical condition. A neglected building that is at risk of collapse may be demolished at the owner's expense, and the fine can reach up to PLN 5,000. zloty. The owner must also take care of the sidewalks and green belts around the property – neglecting them can also result in a fine.
