The prosecutor's office revealed the details of an accident with a foreign car and a bus on Partizan Zheleznyaka Street in Krasnoyarsk.
The accident occurred this morning, May 29, near house No. 5. It was previously established that route bus No. 60, traveling in the direction “Solnechny Microdistrict – Vostochny Bus Station,” after a road maneuver by another car, drove off the road and crashed into an electrical pole.
The bus was obstructed by the driver of a Toyota car, who violated the road markings when changing lanes. The bus driver had to avoid the collision, which caused the public transport to be off the road.
“Nine passengers were taken to medical facilities. The check showed that there were no signs of alcohol intoxication in either the bus driver or the driver of the car,” the press service of the supervisory agency reported.

Now the prosecutor's office is checking how the requirements of the legislation on road safety and passenger transportation were observed. Based on the results of this inspection, a legal assessment will be given to all the circumstances of the incident and, if there are grounds, prosecutorial response measures will be taken.
