Sorana Cîrstea, a new performance, this time at Roland Garros

The Romanian tennis player Sorana Cîrstea (WTA 18th place) qualified, on Wednesday evening, in the third round of the Grand Slam tournament at Roland Garros (France).
Sorana defeated German player Eva Lys, ranked 81st in the world, in two sets.
The Romanian prevailed without too many emotions, with the score of 6-3, 6-0. The game lasted one hour and three minutes.
Cîrstea was superior in the winners section, with 16-10, and Lys (24 years old, 81 WTA) committed more unforced errors, 19-10, notes Agerpres.
In the next phase of the competition, Sorana will face the winner of the match between the 13th favorite, Jasmine Paolini (Italy, 13 WTA) and Solana Sierra (Argentina, 68 WTA).
The Romanian, 18th on the list of seeds, did not participate in last year's edition of the competition.
After Wednesday night's match, Cîrstea secured a check for 187,000 euros and 130 WTA points.
