It has been added that 23 postulates were realized in a different way, e.g. by issuing executive acts or guidelines. 144 Postulates were accepted by the Council of Ministers, and 59 postulates are in parliament at various stages of legislative work.

According to the entrepreneur's initiative for Poland – we check that three new postulates were entered into the Government Legislative Center (RCL), including – as she said – a very important postulate on a cashier PIT for a wider group of entrepreneurs. “It concerns an increase from PLN 1 million to PLN 2 million in revenue limit conditioning the possibility of choosing a cash register method of determining revenues and costs (the so -called cash PIT, Der88)” – indicated the initiative in the report.

According to entrepreneurs, further digitization and subsequent facilitations in the MOBKitan application – i.e. the implementation of the postulates of MOBKitan and integration of services in one place, as well as a bill implementing the postulate regarding the digitization of land and mortgage registers and land and mortgage register proceedings, as well as a demand for facilitating the settlement of matters by sucking documents from online registers and not to attach printed copies to applications. “In the MOBIATR application, you will be able to search for data from the National Court Register and land and mortgage registers by PESEL. Central information of the land and mortgage registers will also be able to issue electronic documents of the same legal power as those issued by the court -made courts issued by courts -doomers,” was reported in the report.

From the data we check that so far 500 deregulation demands have been published, 350 provided by the government side as part of stage I, 137 transferred to the government as part of stage II (for consideration by the government deregulation team in September 2025); 487 was handed over to the Government Website within the phase 1.0 (100-day Sprint), 238 was accepted by the Government Deregulation Team, 144 accepted by the Council of Ministers, and 9 is in progress outside of legislative.

“Thank you to all politicians that they with such attention approach the issue of deregulation, as well as to the President of the Republic of Poland Karol Nawrocki – who announced that he will sign the laws implementing the initiative's postulates. It is important to implement these good solutions as soon as possible, which will facilitate and simplify the life and functioning of millions of Poles and entrepreneurs, especially those small” – emphasized the entrepreneur of entrepreneurs. Deregulation Rafał Brzoska, quoted in communication.

He noted that the RCL was entered in the “very important postulate” of the cashier PIT for a larger group of entrepreneurs. “Thanks to this, the companies will settle accounts for them, i.e. pay tax only after actually receiving the payment. This will improve their financial situation and encourage development,” said Brzoska.

In his opinion, it is also important to implement the institutions of the so -called silent settlement of the matter. “Although for now in relation to some organs, we are glad that the fight with this great problem begins,” said Brzoska. “In Poland, the offices have become accustomed that they do not settle the matter on time, although the regulations say how much it should take to the maximum. For a citizen or company, this means a long waiting and lack of a clear answer. In such situations, the principle of so -called silent settlement of the matter is necessary” – emphasized the entrepreneur.

“The introduction of an electronic system for dealing with matters related to funeral allowance will make life easier for people in a difficult time after losing a loved one. Thanks to this, the application can be submitted via the Internet. (…) such a system will also help to avoid fraud (…) will reduce the costs of the action of offices. Ordinary citizens will benefit from this” – believes a member of the control committee in the initiative, we check Wojciech Kostrzewa.

The data shows that from the beginning of the initiative we check citizens and entrepreneurs have reported over 16,000. proposals for changes in law, of which 70 percent comes from citizens. Of the hundreds of identified barriers, seven priority areas were selected, the so -called A great seven deregulation, including: taxes, digitization of services, justice, energy, EU law, health and improvement of administration and security. In August this year 32 New deregulation demands were adopted by the parliament.

Deregulation began in February this year. on the initiative of Prime Minister Donald Tusk. In a month, the head of government appointed two deregulation teams: social under the leadership of the head of InPost Rafał Brzoski and a government, headed by the head of the permanent committee of the Council of Ministers Maciej Berk.

We check – the entrepreneur's initiative for Poland is a social deregulation initiative initiated by Rafał Brzoska, which aims to identify and then offer the authorities a package of solutions in the field of simplifications and deregulation of economic law, in order to reduce bureaucracy and accelerate Poland's economic development.
