More than 100 garages in Krasnoyarsk Tikhye Zorya will be purchased for the construction of a new road

In Krasnoyarsk, for a new road on Lesnikov Street, the capital construction department is seizing land plots from non-residential building No. 29 to the house on Sverdlovskaya Street, 237.
“The boundaries include 103 buildings: garages and boxes. Within a month, owners will be notified of the seizure, and then the assessment of each property will begin.“, – said in the telegram channel of the city hall “GradVestnik”.
It is clarified that documents have not been provided for 17 garage boxes; owners are asked to contact by phone 222-34-77.
Let us remind you that the new road will connect Tikhie Zori with Sverdlovskaya Street. ByeThe only exit from the microdistrict leads towards the Nikolaevsky Bridge. The road project is currently undergoing state examination.
