Everything happened on November 1, 2025. A woman came to the store, took a jacket worth 1,800 rubles from the hanger, put it on herself, and threw her jacket on top. She thought that no one saw, but the seller noticed the loss and demanded that the item be returned.

In response, the woman hit the seller in the ear with her hand, then, when she tried to close the door and not let the thief out, she pulled the door with force and struck the seller at least three times in the head. Then she grabbed her by the hair, threw her to the ground and kicked her in the chest. The woman was detained by store employees and police officers who arrived.

In court, she fully admitted her guilt. She was sentenced to one and a half years in prison, but the term increased due to the previous sentence – in September 2025, she was already given a suspended sentence for theft for a year.

The final punishment is two years in a general regime colony. The verdict has not yet entered into legal force.
