The Russian developer of the data analytics platform TData (part of the commercial IT cluster of Rostelecom) and the T1 IT holding signed an agreement on strategic technology partnership at the international forum “Digital Industry of Industrial Russia” (CIPR-2026).
Alexander Chukhlantsev, CEO of TData and head of T1 AI (T1 IT holding) Sergey Golitsyn agreed on a joint
development of platform solutions in the field of data management and analytics, as well as their scaling within the framework of the operating activities of Russian companies. Focus: energy, aircraft manufacturing, mechanical engineering, transport and the public sector.
The agreement brings together the TData full-cycle data management platform – including products for managing corporate data and master data (RT.DataGovernance, RT.MDM), products for setting up and monitoring ETL/ELT processes (RT.Streaming), products for storing and processing big data (RT.DataLake and RT.KeyValue), products for building a classic data warehouse (RT.Warehouse and WR.WideStore), as well as RT.ClusterManager for managing platform components on-premise or in cloud infrastructure – with the industry expertise and customer base of T1, one of the country's leading system integrators.
“Today, data is the basis of the sovereignty and operational sustainability of industrial enterprises. In partnership with T1, we will be able to quickly and efficiently implement trusted solutions where they are needed most – in the real sector of the economy,” said Alexander Chukhlantsev, CEO of TData.
“Today, customers are not interested in individual tools, but in a holistic environment that combines technology, expertise and clear implementation scenarios. Partnership with TData will allow us to combine competencies in the field of data management and artificial intelligence in order to jointly develop domestic solutions and offer the market an integrated approach to digital transformation,” said Sergey Golitsyn, head
directions T1 II (IT holding T1).
The parties agreed to jointly develop industry solutions, integrate the TData platform into current T1 projects and launch pilots at KII enterprises. The first joint projects are already starting in the energy and mechanical engineering sectors.
