Does your face look like that of a 30-year-old, but your neck shows your age? Let's correct this injustice once and for all

The neck and décolleté are the most thankless areas. The skin there is thinner, there are fewer sebaceous glands, so aging begins earlier and manifests itself more clearly. You can have perfect facial skin, but one wrinkle on your neck will ruin all your efforts. But there is good news: the situation can be improved.

Why does the neck age faster?

We constantly move our neck, the skin stretches. Plus, we often forget to apply cream to the neck, and if we do, it’s leftovers from the face, and not full-fledged care. And of course, “text neck” is a modern problem: constantly tilting your head towards the phone creates horizontal wrinkles.

Proper care

The neck and décolleté need a separate cream – denser and more nourishing than for the face. Apply morning and evening using upward strokes from collarbone to chin.

Exercise “kiss the sky”

Throw your head back, stretch your lips out like a tube, as if you want to kiss the ceiling. Feel the stretch on the front of your neck. Hold for 10 seconds, relax. 10 reps.

Self-massage

Every evening, stroke your neck from the collarbones to the chin for 2-3 minutes, then lightly pat with your fingertips. This improves blood circulation and skin tone.

Posture control

Hold your phone at eye level rather than leaning towards it. Every 30 minutes, take a break, move your shoulders back, straighten your neck.

The right pillow

Sleep on a low pillow or a special orthopedic cushion. A high pillow creates creases on the neck and décolleté.

After 2-3 months, the neck skin will become more elastic, wrinkles will smooth out, and a beautiful curve will appear.

Precautions: do not make sudden movements with your neck, especially if you have problems with your spine. If you experience pain, dizziness, or numbness in your hands, stop exercising and consult a doctor.
