A man suspected of attempted murder of a local resident was detained in Krasnoyarsk, the regional investigative department of the IC of the Russian Federation said.
According to investigators, in the evening of June 5, a 36-year-old man was on the playground of one of the houses on Vilsky Street. At that moment, a 32-year-old Krasnoyarsk walked along the street and talked on the phone. The surveillance cameras recorded that the man went in his direction, taking out a knife from his bag, and then attacked, having managed to deliver a couple of blows around his neck and face.
“I saw the blade of the knife with lateral vision. If he had not deviated, I think it would be worse. And so I got off, consider it a slight fright. He touched me, my throat was cut, the wounds are also cut on the body. I started to run away, he caught up with me, I ran to 28 at home and hid in a cafe. And I saw him that he was standing and looking for me, he stood on the corner of the house, ”said the victim sibnovosti.ru.
The young man managed to run away and call emergency services. Eyewitnesses managed to twist the attacker. After that he was detained by the police.
In relation to the man, they opened a criminal case on the fact of attempted murder (part 3 of article 30, part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
“According to preliminary data, the suspect suffers from a mental disorder and is registered with a psychiatrist. The investigation intends to petition for the election of a preventive measure in the form of detention. The necessary investigative actions aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crime committed are currently being carried out“, – Explained in the press service.
The injured man explained that he, along with the attacker, worked in security in a construction store. There were no conflicts between men, they hardly communicated.
