Glavgosexpertiza of Russia issued a positive conclusion on the design and estimate documentation of the Oktyabrskoye electric depot for the Krasnoyarsk subway.

The country's first metro tram depot will be located on unused territory along Vysotnaya Street – between Karbysheva and Television Lane. The area of ​​the plot is 3.43 hectares.

The area has already been cleared and the soil foundation is being prepared for construction. main structures.

The depot will include a main production building with an area of ​​34.5 thousand square meters for the maintenance and repair of trains, washing, equipping cars and turning wheelsets. Traction and transformer substations, a compressor station, and treatment facilities will be built separately. The building of management and technological services for 160 people will be located in the overhauled building of trolleybus depot No. 2 in Television Lane.

In addition to the depot itself, the project involves the construction of a 400-meter-long connecting branch to the Vysotnaya station, mainly in a closed way using a tunnel-boring complex.

“This is the last, twenty-third stage of the consolidated design documentation for the Krasnoyarsk metrotram infrastructure project. It provides for the construction of both the actual structures of the Oktyabrskoye electric depot itself and the construction of underground tunnels for the service connecting line to the Vysotnaya station, as well as the construction of living quarters for metro builders,” said Konstantin Matveev, General Director of the Mosproekt-3 holding.
