Bran Castle, given to the Americans. Plan now unveiled for the first time

American businessman Joel Weinshanker, the central figure behind the administration of Elvis Presley's estate, has several priorities for Bran Castle, including bringing in tourists from America, having now taken over operational control of the famous Romanian tourist attraction from the heirs of Princess Ileana of Romania.
Profit.ro announced for the first time that a company of the Ad Populum group, controlled by Joel Weinshanker, bought from the Habsburg family, the heirs of Princess Ileana of Romania, the majority stake in the Bran Domain Administration Company (CADB), which operates the Bran Castle in Brașov.
Before being presented here, the information was announced on Profit Insider.
“The family has partnered with Joel Weinshanker, who is joining as a strategic partner, to help strengthen the castle's position as a premier international destination.
The partnership targets several priorities, including the expansion of tourism to Bran Castle and the surrounding region from the United States and Western Europe, continuing the family's long tradition of managing one of Europe's most emblematic cultural monuments”, now announces a spokesperson for Ad Populum in the American People magazine, which cites Profit.ro as the source that announced the transaction.
The transaction between the CADB associates and an entity of the Ad Populum group was carried out a few months after the completion of a dispute at the largest arbitration court in the world, in the USA, as a result of which the Romanian company was fully transferred to the heirs of Princess Ileana of Romania.
