CNA analyzed the song “Mamacita”, released by “Frații Velea”: “We are talking about some 9 and 11-year-old children”. What was decided

The National Broadcasting Council (CNA) has decided to send a letter to online platforms to check whether the song “Mamacita”, released by the minor children of Antonia and Alex Velea, complies with the terms and conditions of publication, Pagina de Media reports.
According to the quoted source, the decision was taken after the CNA analyzed the clip following several complaints received.
“From my point of view, this song has no reason to be banned. Even if the lyrics are not the most correct, it is an artistic act that we have no reason to censor,” said the first CNA member to speak. George Severin.
“I was saying the same thing. But we are still talking about some minors”, added Ionel Palăr.
“Nobody thought about the ban, but I would propose a letter to the platform, because we are talking about 9 and 11-year-old children,” Monica Gubernat pointed out.
“The problem is not the artistic act, but the fact that some parents used their minors for something like that”
Georgică Severin further argued that the problem is related to the use of minors by the parents rather than the artistic content of the piece.
“I think the problem is not with the CNA, but more with the Child Protection Directorate. (…) The problem is not the artistic act, but the fact that some parents used their minors for something like that. That's where I see the problem. I have no problem with the song, but I have a problem with the attitude of the parents”, he explained.
The piece that sparked controversy
The sons of singers Alex Velea and Antonia, Dominic and Akim, aged 9 and 11, recently released the song “Mamacita”, and the lyrics of the song have attracted attention. Critics said they weren't age appropriate: “I'm not giving up until I make it my own”
Reactions after the release came immediately, on YouTube and Facebook, as well as on the post where Alex Velea promoted the track. Among those who reacted publicly are Andreea Raicu and Gabriela Firea.
