The US planned to cancel the sending of soldiers to Poland. “This matter does not concern us”

“This case does not concern Poland”
However, a message was conveyed through an informal channel between the American and Polish secret services that such a US move was to be an element of reducing the United States' military involvement in Europe and Poland is not to be treated differently from other countries in this matter.
The head of the Ministry of National Defense, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, commented on this information on social media. “This case does not concern Poland — is related to the previously announced change in the presence of part of the US armed forces in Europe. The rapidly developing capabilities of the Polish Armed Forces and the presence of US forces in Poland strengthen NATO's eastern flank,” we read.
A similar entry was also posted by the Minister Coordinator of Special Services, Tomasz Siemoniak. “Very important! The cancellation of the US Army rotation does not apply to Poland,” wrote the minister.
The Americans were to come to Poland for nine months. The rotation change process officially began in early May at Fort Hood, Texas. Some of the equipment has already been transferred to Europe. Now the decision has been made to suspend the operation — said an official who is not authorized to make public statements and wishes to remain anonymous.
It is not yet clear whether the deployment of troops to Poland has been definitively canceled or will potentially resume after some time.
Representatives of the 1st Cavalry Division sent Armytimes.com journalists to the Pentagon. “We have no comment on this matter yet” — reported the local press office.
