In the 90s, the musician Leonid Velichkovsky signed an agreement with the general director of the Jam Library Andrei Cherkasov and handed him the rights to audio recordings to advance them. Then he left the country, forgetting about it. Cherkasov poured more than 100 works on social networks, of which written melodies for the singer Lada Dance and the Strelka and Technology groups. All this is without the permission of the author, which violates the contract. Velichkovsky wanted to solve everything peacefully, but Andrei did not understand such claims.
As a result, the composer appealed to the court with a request to prohibit the use of the Jam Labe of his phonogram and recover more than 25 million rubles from them for publications. According to the lawyer, in addition to the “technology”, the Commissar group and the soloist of Mirage and the Stars of Natalia Gulkina have complaints. Andrei Cherkasov could not promptly comment on our situation.
