The right to the purchased house in Kansk was returned to the SVO participant through the court

8 May 18:40

A resident of Kansk, participating in a special military operation, could not register the purchased house and land plot in his name due to the debts of the seller. The prosecutor's office intervened in the situation and achieved the restoration of his rights through the court.

The wife of a SVO participant turned to law enforcement for help. She said that in December 2025, her husband bought a residential house and a plot of land from his sister for 3.6 million rubles. The money was transferred to the seller in full, and in fact the property was also transferred, but the man was unable to register ownership.

It turned out that the property was banned from registration by bailiffs due to the seller’s debts. The woman was unable to pay off the debt, so the transfer of ownership was never registered.

Due to the injury he received, the SVO participant could not independently defend his rights, so the prosecutor's office went to court on his behalf.

The court recognized the man's ownership of a residential building and land plot, and also ordered him to register the transfer of rights in the Unified State Register of Real Estate.

The press service of the supervisory agency reported that the execution of the court decision is under control.
