
On February 1, Ukrainian culinary blogger Olga Ryabenko shared a recipe on Instagram for the juiciest cutlets in a creamy mushroom sauce.
Ingredients for cutlets:
- four slices of loaf;
- 150 ml milk;
- 700 g minced beef;
- one egg;
- 1 tsp. salt;
- 1⁄2 tsp. pepper;
- one onion;
- 75 g butter;
- parsley and dill to taste;
- flour.
Ingredients for the sauce:
- one onion;
- 350 g mushrooms;
- 600 ml broth;
- 200 ml cream;
- two or three sprigs of thyme;
- two cloves of garlic;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- greens for serving.

Preparation
- Soak bread in milk and squeeze out excess liquid.
- Add egg, salt, pepper and bread to the minced meat.
- Fry the onion until golden and add to the minced meat. Mix the mass.
- Form cutlets and put a piece of butter and some herbs inside.
- Dip the products in flour and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- In the same pan, fry the onions, mushrooms, thyme and garlic. Pour in the broth, then the cream.
- Return the cutlets to the pan and simmer covered for 20 minutes. Add the greens at the end.
