In Krasnoyarsk, after reports of torture of children in a kindergarten, a case was opened (video)

The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case into the torture of pupils of kindergarten No. 277 in the Severny microdistrict of Krasnoyarsk.

Parents told TVK journalists about child abuse. According to them, the teacher pulled the kids by the arms and roughly sat them down on the bench. The parents assume that the woman systematically used physical force on the children: for several months they found bruises on the children’s bodies, but the teacher explained this by saying that they had hit themselves.
We learned about what was happening by chance: at the end of April, residents of neighboring houses filmed how the teacher behaved with the children during a walk, and sent the footage to their parents. They requested CCTV footage in which they saw their children being treated roughly.
Investigators saw the media report and opened a criminal case based on the elements of the crime provided for in paragraphs. “a”, “d” part 2 art. 117 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (torture). Now all the circumstances of what happened are being clarified.
