“Hungary returned Oschadbank’s money and precious metals to Ukraine,” Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said.
“Today, the funds and valuables of Oschadbank, which were seized by the Hungarian special services in March of this year, were returned. Then the Hungarian side unlawfully detained the Ukrainian collectors. We returned the people faster, and now the funds and valuables are already on Ukrainian territory in full,” he wrote.
Zelensky thanked the Hungarian authorities for their “constructive and civilized step.” According to him, this decision is an important stage in relations between the two countries.
