Bucharest Municipal Thermal Energy Company announces an accident at CET Grozăvești. This new problem regarding the supply of the heating agent joins the pipe modernization works in Berceni, plus other construction sites, resulting in more than 3,500 blocks/buildings in the Capital having problems with hot water, writes B365.
