Sirens, explosions, Carpet plan. Perm is attacked by drones for the second day

Russian Perm was attacked by drones again this night and this morning. Explosions occurred in the city, monitoring channels publish photos and videos of two thick columns of smoke.

After yesterday's attack, the sky over Perm was clouded with thick black smoke, and eyewitnesses said that there was “oil rain” in the city. The SBU confirmed the defeat of the Perm linear production dispatch station (LPDS), which is located more than 1,500 km from the border with Ukraine and belongs to Transneft JSC.

Today, drones probably attacked the same station again, suggests the Supernova+ channel.

Exilenova+ reports that the oil and gas processing plant Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez (Perm Oil Refinery) was also hit.

The regime of unmanned danger at night and in the morning in Perm was announced twice. In the morning, sirens continued to sound in the city.


The city introduced a “Carpet” plan within a 100-kilometer radius and closed the airport, 59.ru reported.

Propaganda Z-channels (in particular, the “Two Majors” channel) write that in the footage of drone strikes in the Perm Territory, “regular drones of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are clearly visible, which now cover up to 2000 km.”

Governor of the Perm Territory Dmitry Makhonin announced a Ukrainian drone attack on “one of the industrial sites” of the Perm Territory. According to him, “there were no casualties or significant damage.”

Students from a school located in the Industrial District of Perm were evacuated in the city, the Properm Telegram channel reported. Also, classes were canceled at Perm State University, and students at the Plekhanov Russian Economic University were transferred to a “distance format.”
