He agreed – he brought an administrative case to the owner of the housing for allegedly violations of his registration deadlines for migrants arrived at the place of stay. In addition, the inspector forged the explanations of the owner of the apartment in which he signed himself, on behalf of the head of the department, he prepared procedural documents, and familiarized himself with the materials of the owner. The pensioner signed the cost of gratuitous use of the apartment herself.
Later, migrants themselves began to turn to the inspector. One asked to help avoid deportation. For a bribe of 30 thousand rubles, the inspector presented in court a fake characteristic of a foreigner, silent about criminal records, administrative affairs and an existing ban on entry into Russia.
The court found the woman guilty of complicity, abuse of authority and sentenced to 3 years of conditional imprisonment with a test period of 3 years. Also for 3 years, she will not be able to provide services in the field of migration.
Earlier, ex-inspectors were condemned to 6 years in the colony for abuse of office and receiving bribes through an intermediary (paragraph “E” of part 3 of article 286, part 1 of article 291.2, part 3 of article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
