More than 580 million rubles will be allocated from the budget of the Krasnoyarsk Territory to support investment projects in the agro-industrial complex

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory has launched a selection process for receiving a subsidy to reimburse part of the costs associated with the implementation of investment projects in the agricultural sector in priority areas of state support. Applications will be accepted until May 19, 2026.

Agricultural producers who have implemented projects worth more than 150 million rubles can count on support in this area. More than 583 million rubles have been allocated from the regional budget for these purposes.

“The priority areas include the production of food products, the development of livestock farming, vegetable and potato growing, breeding and seed production, as well as the storage and sale of grain and oilseeds. The implementation of investment projects in these areas contributes to the fulfillment of national goals outlined by the President of Russia until 2030: increasing production volumes, strengthening the export potential of the agro-industrial complex, ensuring food security and improving the quality of life in rural areas,” noted Dmitry Voropaev, Minister of Agriculture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

As part of this area of ​​support, farmers can be compensated for part of the costs of construction, modernization or reconstruction of facilities, purchase of machinery, equipment and breeding material. When reimbursing part of the costs of creating an object, the rate is set in the range from 15 to 50%, depending on the direction of the object.

To receive a subsidy, agricultural enterprises must fulfill a number of conditions. The facility must be put into operation no later than 5 years after receiving a construction permit. In the case of modernization, the project implementation period should take three years. At the same time, it is possible to apply for support within three years after the completion of the project.

Additionally, costs for the purchase of breeding products, machinery and equipment may be declared beyond the estimate.
