Employees of the Migration Directorate of the regional Main Directorate executed two decisions on the deportation of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan who evaded leaving Russia after their temporary stay was reduced. Now violators are barred from entering the country for five years.
Police officers draw the attention of foreign citizens and stateless persons to the need to comply with the established period of stay on the territory of the Russian Federation and timely departure outside the country, as well as the mandatory completion of fingerprint registration, photography and medical examination procedures.
“Violation of the requirements of migration legislation entails a reduction in the period of temporary stay and restriction of entry into Russia,” the law enforcement officers reminded.
