“We had a lot of discussions in the North Atlantic Council with our allies, especially we spoke to the ambassadors from the Black Sea region, Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, because we understand the essential strategic importance of the Black Sea, especially in the context of the Ukraine war,” said Matthew Whitaker, in a Wednesday and on Wednesday. In the same statement, the American ambassador said that the United States will not withdraw from Europe.
