Since the beginning of the year, more than 6 thousand social contracts have been concluded in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Ministry of Social Policy summed up the interim results of the implementation of the social contract program for nine months of 2025. The press service recalled that this support measure is provided under the “Family” national project.

More than 6 thousand families with low incomes received payments for business development, personal farming and support in finding work. Minister of Social Policy of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Irina Pastukhova noted that most of the contracts were concluded in the area of ​​developing individual activities. The payment amount there can reach 350 thousand rubles. Almost 4 thousand such contracts have been signed.

More than 1,300 people took advantage of the contract to find work, and about 400 residents of the region sent support to the development of personal subsidiary plots.

“In general, in 2025 it is planned to conclude about 7 thousand social contracts totaling over 2 billion rubles. These are funds from the federal and regional budgets,” the minister added.

When considering applications, special attention is paid to parents with many children, participants of the SVO and members of their families. For example, out of 400 contracts for the development of personal subsidiary plots, more than 160 were concluded by large families. An example is a family from the Ilansky district, which has already purchased equipment for a carpentry workshop for the production of beehives using contract money. They use them in their apiary and sell them.

Since 2024, as part of the “State for People” program, the procedure for submitting documents for a social contract has been simplified. In addition to personally contacting the MFC or social security authorities, an application can be submitted through the State Services portal. This saves time and eliminates the need to collect certificates, since the necessary information is requested through interdepartmental channels.

For reference: a social contract is a measure of state support for low-income citizens, which has been in effect in Russia since 2021. Help can be received in one of four areas: finding a job, opening or developing a business, developing a personal subsidiary plot, overcoming other difficult life situations.

Citizens whose income is below the subsistence level can enter into a contract. For a family, the average income per person is calculated. Maximum payment amount: for organizing or developing a business – 350,000 rubles, for developing a personal subsidiary plot – 200,000 rubles. In the “Job Search” direction, the applicant can pay for vocational training (up to 30,000 rubles), and are also assigned monthly payments in the amount of the subsistence minimum – immediately after concluding a contract and within three months after confirmation of employment.
