Krasnoyarsk residents were outraged by the sudden tick treatment in the birch grove of Studgorodok (video)

29 April 15:40
Anti-tick treatment took place in the birch grove of Studgorodok, the Griva Sports Park, on the afternoon of April 29. Townspeople walking there with their children were outraged by the sudden spraying of chemicals.
One visitor told Newslab that she was walking with her child when she heard the sound of adhesive tape unwinding. The worker was putting a notice on the tree about the upcoming treatment. “I was even happy, treatment for bloodsuckers is, of course, good. It just seemed strange that there was no date in the ad,” said the city resident.
But processing began within five minutes. The car with exterminators drove along the paths along which people continued to walk at that time – mothers with strollers, pensioners, dog walkers with pets.
“If I had known in advance, I would have chosen a different place for a walk. We come here for health and fresh air, not to smell chemicals,” the Krasnoyarsk resident was indignant.
As it turned out, in the SFU community today at 10:00 there was information that from 09:00 to 17:00 in the Birch Grove eco-park there would be a tick treatment.
We would like to add that the drugs used are safe for humans and animals, but it is recommended to take precautions, especially for people prone to allergic reactions. In accordance with SanPiN recommendations, you should not visit treated areas for three days after treatment, as ticks can remain active.
