The speaker of the parliament Alexei did not explain that this needs a more rational approach to digitalization. It is necessary to accelerate the creation of a single digital platform of agro -industrial and fishery complexes. Now in Russia there are state information systems (GIS), but there is no integration. This adds difficulties to agricultural producers.
“For example, to obtain state support in crop production, you need to enter data to several systems. In addition, farmers are often faced with contradictions in the data introduced by various participants in information systems. The regulation of this issue is the competence of our federal colleagues. Therefore, the agricultural committee of the regional parliament prepared the appeal of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory to the State Duma and the Government of Russia. We hope for supporting colleagues.

The chairman of the village of Village and Agro -Industrial Policy, Vladislav Zyryanov, noted that the meetings have repeatedly raised the issues of problems related to the ineffective use of federal state information systems. The strategic problem is the lack of mutual integration of various federal state information systems, which leads to serious problems in the industry. Thus, the identification data of the Horriot systems on animals cannot be submitted to the veterinary service to local authorities for searching and bringing to administrative responsibility for violation of the rules of improvement of citizens – owners of agricultural animals. There are many such examples.
“Not only agricultural producers and representatives of municipalities, but also the business sort of Olga Zagitova, protecting the interests of entrepreneurs of our region, complain about these“ narrow places ”. Since these problems can be solved only at the federal level, on my initiative, the release of the Legislative Assembly to the State Duma of the Russian Federation and the federal government with specific proposals of the deputies of the Aurars of the Krasnoyarsk Territory was prepared. I hope they will become an impetus for the federal government to take the necessary steps to create a single information system, which will avoid the current inconsistencies and problems, ”said Vladislav Zyryanov.
