“AgroElite” of fugitive Krasnoyarsk businessman Roman Goldman will continue to be led by a bankruptcy trustee

The Arbitration Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory extended bankruptcy proceedings against AgroElita LLC Roman Goldman.
The court recalled that they are now considering the bankruptcy case of the company at the request of Group Foodstuff LLC. In April 2024, a monitoring procedure was introduced against the debtor, and in April 2025, AgroElita was declared bankrupt and bankruptcy proceedings were opened.

“A register of creditors’ claims has been formed. As of the date of the first meeting of creditors, the register of creditors' claims included claims totaling 1,587,999.282 thousand rubles. According to the register of creditors' claims, presented in the case materials, as of the date of the court hearing, the repayment of creditors' claims had not been made. Evidence of debt repayment by the debtor was not presented,” the text of the decision states.
At a new court hearing, the period for bankruptcy proceedings against AgroElita LLC was extended until October 10, 2026.
Let us remind you that several criminal cases were opened against the ex-deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Roman Goldman. He is suspected of non-payment to shareholders of the agricultural consumer cooperative “Agro Vklad”, laundering large sums, illegal formation of a legal entity and illegal circulation of payment funds. The businessman himself left Russia and is currently on the international wanted list.
