No more rubbing the surface until it turns blue: these 4 methods will remove blackheads and gray plaque in the bathroom – just water and available products

If your bathroom has a gray film between the tiles, black specks in the grout, or grout that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a year, don't rush to retile or try to scrub it all off. Everything can be brought back to life with what you already have in the kitchen. Here are four proven methods that will make your grout light.

Method number 1:

Sprinkle baking soda directly onto the wet grout. Sprinkle with vinegar. Wait 10 minutes, then brush with an old toothbrush. Rinse with water.

Method number 2:

Mix hydrogen peroxide and baking soda to form a thick paste. Apply to seams with black dots. Leave for 30 minutes. Brush and rinse. The grout will turn white instead of grey.

Method number 3:

Make a paste of table salt and water. Apply to problematic seams and rub with a soft sponge.

Method number 4:

Wipe the entire surface of the tile with a solution of citric acid. This will remove limescale from the water, restore shine to the ceramic and leave a fresh citrus scent.

These methods are suitable for any tile: ceramics, porcelain stoneware, glass. The main thing is not to use steel wool to avoid scratching the surface.

After this cleaning, you will no longer close the bathroom door when guests arrive.
