In Krasnoyarsk, 21 employees of a commercial company did not receive wages for more than two months.

As the investigation established, the director of a company for the wholesale trade of electrical equipment regularly delayed payments from June to September 2025. At the same time, there was enough money in the organization’s accounts, but the manager directed it to pay payments to suppliers, contractors and other business needs, and not to pay employees.

The total amount of debt amounted to more than 3.3 million rubles. A criminal case was opened and investigated against the director under Part 2 of Art. 145.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (complete non-payment of more than two months of wages and other payments established by law, committed out of other personal interest by the head of the organization).
